Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM) is a Preventive Medicine Specialty that on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses.  OEM specialists are board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Preventive Medicine.
